Northwind Stitchers EXPO, September 20 & 21

September 20 & September 21, 2019

The North Wind Stitchers Long arm Support Group will host their annual Expo on September 20 & 21, 2019. While geared towards the longarm/midarm owner, those interested in machine quilting, in general, will find value in the classes and events offered.

The Expo will feature nationally and internationally known quilter, author & inventor, Sue Heinz. Local teachers, Chelce Detert, Debbie Kauffman & Carmen Haugen will also present classes and fun events. There are classes for all skill levels and interests.

Expo attendees, joining us from out of town, can relax and enjoy reduced rate lodging at the Northern Plains Inn in Minot. The
Mi Mexico food truck will be our lunch option on Friday and Saturday. Sue Heinz will entertain and enlighten us with her, A Friend Named Elmer lecture on Friday evening. The North wind Stitchers will offer an optional brisket dinner just prior to the lecture.

Lucy Templer of Trinity Occupational Therapy will join us for a YOGA session on Saturday morning.

Be sure to plan to take in the fall Why Not Minot Shop Hop, at the Minot Quilt shops, the same weekend!
