This week-long exhibition, beginning Feb. 24 in Indianapolis, has been advertised on NFL Network for months and is the channel's winter gem. That announcement came today on the first day student-athletes are allowed to sign Letters of Intent.
Go Bison Head football coach Craig Bohl announced that defensive line coach Scottie Hazelton has been promoted to defensive coordinator at North Dakota State University. Hazelton will move from defensive line to linebackers coach. Bohl made the announcement today.
Go Bison Northwestern quarterback Mike Kafka threw a 2-yard touchdown pass to Andrew Quarless with 6 seconds remaining, lifting the East to a 13-10 win over the West on Saturday in the annual showcase for college all-stars looking to make an impression on NFL scouts. A late addition to the West roster, former North Dakota State running back Pat Paschall ran eight times for 33 yards and caught one pass for eight yards.
Go Bison North Dakota State University running back Pat Paschall will play in the 85th annual East-West Shrine Game on Saturday, Jan. 23. He is the fourth NDSU player to appear in the East-West Shrine Game joining defensive tackle Phil Hansen (1991), running back Chad Stark (1987) and tackle Lyle Sturgeon (1936). The game will be televised at 2 p.m. (Central) on ESPN2.
